1. Insert three AA batteries into the ZEYA Portable Fragrance Diffuser.
2. Remove a ZEYA Fragrance Card from its wrapper and insert it into the slot on the front until you hear a click.
3. Turn the switch to your desired fragrance level, high or low.
4. Slide the diffuser into the mount, if desired.
5. It can also sit ridged side up on a table or any flat surface.
6. It can be mounted upside down with at least 10 inches of clearance to allow for optimal airflow and diffusion.

The ZEYA Portable Fragrance Diffuser, used as directed with a ZEYA Fragrance Card, fills up to 200 cubic feet. That suits bedrooms, bathrooms, entryways, home offices, and cars. For larger or open plan spaces, place the diffuser near where you spend your time, or add a second diffuser so each space has its own.

A ZEYA Fragrance Card lasts up to 30 days on the high setting and up to 45 days on low. For a boost of scent, insert a new card whenever you like and switch the diffuser off and on to reset the timer.

No. The ZEYA Portable Diffuser is completely waterless, heatless, and flameless. It works by circulating air across a dry fragrance card, so there is no mist, no residue, no soot, and none of the off gassing associated with heated wax melts, plug ins, or burning candles.

Batteries last up to four months. Use three AA batteries, and for the longest life we recommend a good quality alkaline or lithium battery such as the Energizer Ultimate Lithium. We do not recommend zinc carbon or rechargeable batteries, as these may not have enough power to run the diffuser for long periods.

This is by design. While the diffuser is actively running, the fan switches on for two minutes every 24 minutes to refresh your space. Once switched on, the device runs an 8 hour cycle, rests for 16 hours, then begins again the next day at the same time.

The green light on the front blinks rapidly when it is time to change the batteries. If you notice a decrease in diffusion and the batteries have been in use for around four months, it is likely time to replace them.

The device is designed with an on and off cadence that balances fragrance diffusion against battery life. When the fan is running during its two minute cycle, the green light is solid. Between cycles the fan pauses to let the fragrance disperse. When the fan is off but the device is still within its 8 hour cycle, the light blinks every 10 seconds. During the 16 hour rest period, the light is off.

Any ZEYA Fragrance Card can be inserted into the ZEYA Portable Fragrance Diffuser and changed as often as you like. Inserting non-ZEYA cards is not advised, as they have not been tested for safety or efficacy in this device.

Yes. The diffuser is designed to be left switched on continuously. It runs an 8 hour cycle each day and then rests for 16 hours before starting again, which protects battery life. When a fragrance card is spent the diffuser will stop releasing scent, and you simply insert a new card.

Yes. Move the switch to the off position and then back to either setting, and a new 8 hour cycle begins at that time. The device will then restart daily at the time you chose. Changing the intensity setting does not reset the cycle.
