Refund policy
Damaged Item
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your items are damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong thing, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and get a replacement or the correct item out to you right away.
Refunds
Once we have reviewed your request or received your returned item, we will let you know if the refund is approved. When it is, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please keep in mind that most banks and credit card companies take about 10 business days to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still don't see it, just send us an email at hello@zeyashop.com and we will look into it for you.
